My Fitness Journey
A Dream That Started in My Early 20s
Fitness has been more than a hobby for me—it has been a lifelong passion. Ever since my early twenties, I dreamed of building a strong, aesthetic physique. My room was always filled with posters of legendary bodybuilders that reminded me of the person I wanted to become.
Like many from my generation, I found inspiration in the iconic physiques of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Salman Khan. Salman Khan’s unforgettable “O O Jaane Jaana” performance, with his shirtless guitar scene, inspired countless young men of that era—including me—to step into the world of fitness.
The Beginning of My Journey
I first joined a gym in 2003. In the beginning, my training wasn’t consistent. Sometimes I trained for three months, sometimes six months, before taking long breaks to focus on my education and career.
As my professional life became more stable, I returned to fitness with greater commitment. Since 2012, I have maintained a disciplined and consistent training routine, making fitness an inseparable part of my lifestyle.
For me, the gym is not just a place to build muscle—it’s where I build discipline, confidence, and mental strength.
Competing on Stage
Years of dedication motivated me to challenge myself on the bodybuilding stage. As a natural bodybuilder, I have proudly represented myself in five consecutive bodybuilding championships, competing from state-level to national-level events.
Every competition has taught me valuable lessons about patience, perseverance, and self-belief.
Competition Achievements
🏆 4th Place – Mr. Paschimanchal
🏆 5th Place – Mr. Machhapuchhre
🏆 5th Place – Mr. Himalaya
While these achievements make me proud, they are only milestones in a much bigger journey.
The Natural Bodybuilding Challenge
Competing naturally is one of the toughest paths in bodybuilding. Progress comes slowly, requiring years of disciplined training, proper nutrition, recovery, and unwavering consistency.
Every workout, every meal, and every sacrifice brings me one step closer to my ultimate dream.
My goal is simple: to stand on the podium with a Gold Medal around my neck.
The journey continues, and I remain committed to becoming the best natural version of myself.
Sharing My Journey
Fitness is meant to inspire others. That’s why I created my YouTube channel, Fitness Gun, where I share my workouts, training experiences, and bodybuilding journey to motivate people who are starting their own fitness transformation.
I believe that success isn’t about having the perfect genetics—it’s about showing up every single day with determination.
Looking Ahead
Today, I continue to train with the same passion that inspired me over two decades ago. My focus is on preparing for upcoming National and International Bodybuilding Championships, while continuously improving both physically and mentally.
This journey is far from over.
The best version of me is still under construction.
